UFC on Versus 2

The Ultimate Fighting Championship’s second card to air on the Versus network is slated for Sunday, August 1. That means it’s time for my to break out my inner Karnack the Magnificent and offer up some for sure predictions to be wrong.

First up the quick-hit prediction on the preliminary card and then the break down of the four-fight televised main card.

As far as my predictions go, they stunk. Hence the reason I refer to such things as a Big Board of Wrong.

But I did get the prediction right for Indiana’s own Chris “Lights Out Lytle” in his welterweight match with Matt Brown.

Congratulations to UFC heavyweight champ Brock Lesnar on his submission win over Shane Carwin. Big ups to him and much respect for a complete 180 from his last post-fight interview.

Q’s UFC 116 Predictions

“Both guys will be in full on attack mode. Anything less and they should be checked in for a mandatory 72-hour psych evaluation.”

It’s being called the biggest heavyweight fight in UFC history.
